In addition to its presence in the exhibitor area, Alén Space also had a prominent role during the three days of SSSIF 2024. Antonio Vázquez served as a moderator on Tuesday, February 20, in the session ‘Application & Solutions Based on LEO Constellations of Small Satellites & Nanosatellites’, which featured the participation of the University of Malaga (UMA) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). Alén Space’s Business Development Manager also participated on Thursday in the panel discussion ‘Technologies Developed for Small Satellites’, moderated by Alfonso Barreiro from DHV Technology, and with the participation of representatives from Satlantis, PLD Space, Telespazio, Open Cosmos, Prosix, and Pangea Aerospace.
On Wednesday, February 21, it was the CEO of Alén Space’s turn. Guillermo Lamelas shared the panel discussion ‘Investment, Business & Space Economy’ with speakers from PLD Space, Starburst Aerospace, the European Space Agency (ESA), Euroconsult, and the Embassy of Hungary in Spain, moderated by Efrén Díaz from Mas y Calvet Law Firm.
