In our eagerness to achieve greater quality in our activity, at ALÉN SPACE S.L. we are committed to the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard, in order to procure a greater commitment to quality and continuous improvement of the service provided under the scope of:

Services for consultancy, research and development, design, manufacturing management and operation of small satellites and their related hardware and software

As a sign of our commitment, we have drawn up and published our Quality Policy stating the principles and objectives that determine our activity:

  • To know, analyse and satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • To ensure the full satisfaction of our customers, providing products in accordance with the requirements and specifications established.
  • To operate in strict compliance with the applicable legislation in force, as well as to respect the voluntary agreements adopted or the requirements of our customers.
  • To enhance the efficiency of human and technological resources and ensure the quality of our work.
  • To consider continuous improvement as a permanent objective, which increases the quality perceived by our customers.
  • To provide adequate resources, both material and human, for the development of our activity.
  • To enhance the necessary training to achieve a highly qualified workforce.

Based on these guidelines, the CEO of ALÉN SPACE S.L., formulates an annual programe of objectives for the different areas of the company related to quality or verifies the degree of compliance.

This quality policy is the responsibility of each and every team member of ALÉN SPACE S.L., it’s shared with the entire company for its knowledge, understanding and compliance and is available to any person or entity. Furthermore, this policy is reviewed, analysed and updated for its continuous adaptation.
