June 20, 2018

Alen-Space-Open-Doors-Lume-1On the 6th, 7th and 8th of June, in the final stages of the Lume-1 nanosatellite project, we organized an open day where public were invited to visit the labs where the CubeSat was integrated. In addition, we have been able to make known to the university community the development of the European project FireRS and the importance that this supposes for the preservation of the environment in Galicia, France and Portugal.

In these days, the assistants have been able to experience first hand how the construction of the nanosatellites is carried out. After this first contact, to the students of the last year of Degree or Master, we have offered them the possibility of joining our team to obtain a first job experience in the aerospace sector and  improve their knowledge in the areas of software development, electronics or signal processing applied to the Space sector.
