Introducing Totem at Cal Poly’s CubeSat Developers Fair

Earlier this week, two members of the Alén Space team (Franco Pérez and Diego Nodar) were heading to San Luis Obispo to participate in the 15th edition of the CubeSat Developers Workshop organized by the California State Polytechnic University to raise awareness TOTEM, our payload, which has managed to attract the attention of the best universities in the state of California.

The CubeSat DW is an event that revolves around the nanosatellites, in which the  experts from aerospace engineering and CubeSat industries meet to share new trends of the discipline, new advances achieved, etc. Collaboration between different groups of researchers and engineers is even sought to strengthen the capacity of their projects by sharing their knowledge and experiences.

In this edition, Alén Space team attended the talks of great professionals of the sector such as Jim Cockrell, of NASA; or Emmanuel Sauzay, of Airbus, who have given us their knowledge about the construction and development of new technologies and aerospace applications.
