In our pursuit of higher quality in our activities, at ALÉN SPACE S.L. we are committed to implementing a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE–EN–ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our goal is to strengthen our commitment to quality and the continuous improvement of the services we provide, covering the following scope:
Services in: Consultancy, research and development, design, manufacturing management, and operation of small satellites, as well as associated hardware and software.
As a demonstration of our commitment, we have drafted and published our Quality Policy, outlining the principles and objectives that govern our activities:
- Understanding, analyzing, and meeting the needs and expectations of our clients.
- Ensuring the full satisfaction of our clients by delivering products that meet all applicable requirements and established specifications.
- Operating in strict compliance with all applicable legal regulations, as well as adhering to voluntary agreements and customer-specific requirements.
- Enhancing the efficiency of human and technological resources to ensure the quality of our work.
- Considering continuous improvement as a permanent objective to enhance the quality perceived by our clients.
- Providing the necessary material and human resources to support the development of our activities.
- Promoting the necessary training to maintain a highly qualified team.
Based on these guidelines, the General Manager of ALÉN SPACE S.L. establishes an annual program of quality-related objectives for the various areas of the company and monitors their achievement.
This policy is the responsibility of each and every member of ALÉN SPACE S.L. It is communicated throughout the company to ensure awareness, understanding, and compliance and is available to any individual or entity upon request. Additionally, this policy is regularly reviewed, analyzed, and updated to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
